Important Notes & Terms

1 - For accounts with more than 200 users, please contact us for a custom enterprise plan.

2 - Attendance data will be retained for 1 year by default. For extended storage, please contact our support team for custom options.

3 - All client data remains the sole property of the client. We ensure safe hosting with reputable USA-based providers. However, our liability is limited to service provision only, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

4 - All prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable Federal and Sindh Government taxes will be added to invoices as per law.

5 - Service availability depends on internet connectivity and third-party hosting infrastructure. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot be held liable for outages beyond our control.

6 - Pricing and features are subject to change with prior notice.

7 - Technical support is included as per plan. Any additional customization or third-party integration may incur extra charges.

8 - The above pricing includes 3 Admin Accounts. Additional admin accounts will be charged at PKR 1,000 per set of 3 accounts.

9 - The above pricing includes integration for 1 biometric device only. Additional biometric device integrations will be charged at PKR 2,000 per device.

10 - "Users" refer to employee IDs maintained in the system for attendance, timesheets, and payroll processing. Admin Accounts are separate from Users. A User may also be assigned as a Manager.

11 - Subscription charges may be revised annually based on inflation and changes in local or international market conditions.

12 - Either party may terminate the service at any time by providing 1 month prior written notice to the other party.
